Refund policy

Our Refund Policy 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Replacement filters have no warranty. If the replacement filters are not in their original packaging and wrapping, we will not able to accept a return or issue a refund for them due to sanitary purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the filters are compatible with their filtration system. Additional non-returnable items:

  • If the product is returned completely unused, unopened with filters in their original wrapping, we will give a full product refund when we receive the undamaged system.
  • If the system is returned used and was determined by our experts that the returned product was not defective, or if filters in the package were opened and wet, 15% of the original price will apply as a restocking fee when the package is received undamaged.
  • If your purchased item was found to be defective, we refund the full purchase price when we receive the merchandise in undamaged condition.
  • If the system or the returned product is damaged, or a used product was returned, there will be no refund.
  • There is absolutely no refund on service or installation labor   

Refunds (If applicable)

After receiving your returned package, the item will be checked for any damages. If the condition of the item is acceptable, a refund will be issued on the credit card used to purchase the product considering the circumstances mentioned in our Refund Policy. It usually takes 3-5 days to process the refund. Refunds are given using the original payment method used when you place your order. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process. Some of our products can go on sale for a short time. If your product was purchased with a sale price and now the same item is being sold with the original price, you will receive a sale price refund on your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Domestic Shipping

We only offer domestic shipping and orders are shipped via UPS Ground. After an order is received, we process and send the orders within 2-48 hours of receiving them. Depending on the destination and item availability, some orders might reach their destination within 7-14 days. Smaller parts can be sent via USPS Priority First Class.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O Boxes, so Please don’t provide a P.O. Box as your shipping address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for shipping.

 

Delivery & Order Processing

Pure Drop Technology doesn’t deliver on Weekends or major holidays. It is customers responsibility to track the provided tracking number to learn about the package arrival date.  Pure Drop Technology will not accept any responsibility for packages lost by any shipping service. It is customers responsibility to follow up with the carrier and demand for reimbursement. Pure Drop Technology will not accept any responsibility for delays in shipping caused by the shipping company.

 

Return Details

In any case, if you have changed your mind or there is a mistake in the shipment, do not send the package back without contacting us. It is mandatory to get an RMA Number by contacting our support team. Packages without RMA Number can be lost without any tracking in our facility.

Shipping Return Products

All return items must be in their original box. In case the box is not available to make sure to use a box with the same integrity and strength to send the item back. Please make sure to pack the item the same way you have received it so we can prevent damage in the shipping process.  It is very important that you return all the parts that were included in the original box. If a filtration system is being returned, ensure that the housings are empty from water before shipping. Make sure to include a copy of RMA number and purchase receipt. A return address will be provided when The RMA number has been issued. If you refuse to pick up your shipment and the package returns to our facility, the return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price and the remaining will be refunded.   

 

Canceling Your Order

If you change your mind about an order that has been placed and wish to cancel it, make sure to contact us in a timely manner before the item gets shipped. We ship the orders within 2-48 after receiving it. If your order has not been shipped you can cancel your order. Just contact our support and they can help with order cancellation. In case of already picked up by the carrier from our facility, the order cannot be canceled and you will have to return the item at your expense for a refund.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@puredroptech.com
